| Nope, she sure
isn't... That little dog is a well-bred Cardigan Welsh Corgi! After many
years of being owned and loved by German Shepherds, our youngest daughter
Kaitlyn talked us into a Corgi. (Actually, she spent years trying to talk
us into a Corgi...but that's another story.) So, after much research we settled on a Corgi from Rhydowen Kennels in Coatesville, PA, for our foundation. After all the years of showing and training dogs we would not be content with a "random-bred" Corgi, it had to be a nice one and so she is! Our whole family has fallen in love with this little imp. She has completely taken over our hearts (and our sofa!). She can be a clown one minute, snuggle on the sofa the next, and then fiercely defend HER house from the paperboy! The Cardigan Corgi's history tells us they were the "mounts of the Fairies". It must be true, because there is something special about them! Your heart and home will never be the same again. |
